I’m not one for reviews but in this instance the information and professional service given by Kim and staff at AIP have been excellent even in such difficult times, the PPE and welding equipment supplied will make such a difference in the workshop.

Outstanding customer service they go above and beyond to help. I ordered from another company a welding shade and after 5 weeks decided to call them to see when I would receive my purchase only to be told by a man that they had none in yet they were quick enough to take my money. They were just not interested. I ordered from Aip and within seconds had a phone call advising they were out of stock and again a few days later to say they had sourced what I wanted. Exceptional customer service and should I need any further items I will not hesitate in going straight to this company. You should be proud of yourselves.

What fantastic customer service. I was looking to buy my first mig welder for home use and after looking at a few online decided it would be worth seeing one in the flesh so visited aip. I'm glad I did! I was talked through various options with the pros and cons of each. Once I'd settled on the machine I wanted Kim arranged for two hours training on the machine at no extra cost to make sure I was happy with it. Along with the offer of after care I don't think I've experienced such good service. Highly recommended!

I was in the market for a tig welder and Kim at Aip came highly recommended so I popped in one morning to have a chat. Kim’s knowledge (and patience) was exceptional, taking time to explain the pros and cons of each model, all while manning a busy sales counter. I was so impressed that when Kim called a couple of hours later with my quote for welder and assorted accessories, I decided I really ought to replace my mig welder as well! I’ve already taken advantage of the 2 hours free tuition that you get when you buy a machine, to work on my tig welds, which has given me some great tips and ironed out some bad habits. I’ll definitely be back for anything welding/fabrication related that I need.

Today saw us achieve a bit more of the Corrado, one step closer to the track! After some discussion with Kim at Aip Welding Supplies Ltd about what we could achieve we decided on dimensions, and Kim has blown us away with the level of skill in his work, handmade, with level sender plus a in-tank Pump. Once returned we prepared it for the car with a lick of durable paint, rebuilt it then today saw us manage to get it fitted to the car. The quality of workmanship from Kim is second to none. Highly recommended!

Had a cracked alloy that I needed to sort ASAP due to needing the car for commuting. Kim was brilliant. Gave me time to to get the tyre off the wheel and welded it while I waited. Perfect job. Miles ahead of other weld repairs. Had a great chat and made AIP a nice to place to be. Would 100% recommend to anyone for their welding. Thanks again!

Second trip this month and it's with the journey. Kim really knows his stuff. First visit was for some basic supplies for my new toy and he offered some really good advice for grinding my tungsten which made such a difference. My second visit was for a new welding mask and he took the time to show the differences between the cheaper mid range and top end helmets letting me try them on which convinced me that it's not worth going cheap, got home and tried it and wow what a diffrence it makes! Top shop and would recommend to anyone new or skilled!

Cannot fault AIP in any way. Kim is a skilled welder/fabricator with total knowledge of the industry and it's tradesmen expectations. This provides the sort of value that you simply won't get from a standard sales outfit. I will be switching to AIP for all of my hardware and consumables.

Just bought a par weld 202 acdc Tig set after some really good advice from Kim. Very happy and the one to one training has taught me more in two hours than the weeks and weeks of trial and error I have put in myself. Cheers for that Kim.

I've recently started up my own company and used AIP Welding Supplies for all of my welding equipment. Kim is very knowledgeable and a nice guy to boot... Will be back for more gear and advice in the near future.... Can't recommend highly enough!
