In the past year Weston College has set-up and established a brand-new welding facility and from the outset of the process AIP Welding have been an invaluable source of advice and our go to supplier for all our welding provision. AIP Welding have taken the time to understand our needs, sat down with us to discuss our options, put us in touch with suppliers where needed and given us a one stop shop for all our welding needs. The staff at AIP are knowledgeable and experienced, always willing to help and their customer service has been second to none. A couple of months ago Kim came to my small workshop for 2 hours, to give me one to one tuition for tig welding ally. I am only a hobby welder but this tuition was brilliant, a lot better than booking a course at college because it was in my workshop, on my machine, welding the aluminium that i was using. He set up my machine and the tips and tricks that he gave me have helped me no end. Thanks to AIP - all of the people in the shop have been really helpful and i will see you all soon. I would definitely recommend AIP if you need any training, no matter how little you need.

We have had Kim in to our work place to help and advise on the supply of new ppe for all us employees, very informative on what each product does and how it will be most beneficial, he isn’t out to sell the most expensive product but the most suitable and cost effective for the individual, also new welding plants and again suggesting the most suitable for the job in hand. I am a novice welder who was looking to get better at welding and update my equipment following some time away from welding. Kim was fantastic gave me a lesson and sorted me out with what I needed to get back to welding again. Couldn't recommend AIP own brand MIG welder enough. Welding more consistently now than I have with previous equipment. I've always found it difficult to find a professional welding supplier willing to take the time to help me out as a novice. Aip made me feel really welcome and sorted me out with quality equipment I needed. Couldn't recommend them enough for expert or novice welders

Kim has a lot of knowledge in the welding game very helpful and helped me a lot with my garage setup with his well priced selection of equipment. He also gave me some 1 to 1 training to sharpen myself up as I hadn’t welded for while. Would recommended highly great guy and shop.

Kim is very helpful, Had some aluminium intercooler piping I needed welding and he did a great job on it. Even let me watch because I said I was interesting in learning TIG eventually.

What can I say!! The service Kim supplies is more than brilliant known Kim for a good 3 years now and wouldn't go anywhere to buy equipment. Over the years he has known what I wanted ( plasma cutter, arc welder, mig welder, mag drill). His knowledge on all machines is great and he offers a brilliant service constantly you can't knock it. Great people to deal with good knowledge of products. They take time to show & instruct in the use of the machine when you go for training. Made me feel welcome when I went for TIG training haven't done this for 20 plus years.

Having recently taken over a fabrication shop we knew we had several areas in need of improvement. Kim took the time needed to help us through the review process. bought several different pieces of equipment to site for the team to try and provided training to the guys in the latest features on the new kit. We were very impressed with the Cleanspace 2 PAPR units and have purchased 9 of them. The welders were given free choice of kit to purchase and they all went for the Cleanspace 2 and after a few weeks of use they are finding them comfortable to wear while carrying out welding and grinding. A few of the team changed to an AIP True colour welding helmet. They have been very impressed by the quality of the unit and the size of the lens as it is large and gives an excellent field of view. New welding plant was purchased with trials and training to help our experienced welders get the most suitable kit for the work being carried out.

Excellent service, I can highly recommend Kim and his team. Kim went out of his way when I had a issue with some welding that needed repairing.
